Not All Homes Are Listed Online
Zillow and other home search sites are great tools, but they don’t show the full picture of what’s actually available—especially in competitive markets like Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
There are plenty of reasons why a home may not be listed on Zillow:
Off-market sales between agents and buyers
“Coming soon” listings not yet syndicated to public sites
New construction homes that aren't individually listed
Pocket listings shared privately within agent networks
And in some cases, sellers want to test the waters without going public, or they’re willing to sell only if the right buyer comes along.
